Forensics This course introduces students to modern computer forensic analysis tools and how to use these applications for common forensic procedures. Students will explore the power of these tools as they relate to contemporary file systems. A specific tool and file system may be chosen for special emphasis such as EnCase and NTFS. This course will build on CIS 388 Computer Security Fundamentals. The Security major is shifting topics to more accurately
reflect the broad focus on computer security, network security, software security, and forensics. The 414, 416, 418, and
422 courses are being updated
to more accurately reflect this structure.
